Tacos and Tamales Festival Chicago 2023. The Tianguis, a traditional bazaar in Mexico and Central America, is the basis for this three-day culinary festival in Pilsen. Tacos and tamales, among other Latin American dishes, are served in abundance during this event, as the name indicates. Visit the Modelo beer garden to dance to live Latin music while you enjoy a cold one and people-watch among the vendor booths.
